We’re looking to partner with a skilled, licensed Electrician who takes pride in high-quality work and wants consistent, well-organized project flow—without the hassle of chasing leads or managing sales.
As a subcontractor, you’ll handle residential electrical work tied to our remodeling projects, including service upgrades, wiring, lighting, and troubleshooting. Our team handles the marketing, scheduling, and customer acquisition—you focus on delivering clean, code-compliant work and a professional experience in the home.
We’re expanding how homeowners can work with us, creating a steady pipeline of projects and long-term opportunities for the right partner. You’ll be working alongside a structured team that values communication, efficiency, and craftsmanship—where expectations are clear and good work leads to more work.

What You’ll Do:
- Complete residential electrical scope for remodeling projects, including rough-in, finish work, panel upgrades, lighting, and fixture installation
- Ensure all work is performed to local and national code, passing inspections and maintaining a clean, job-ready workspace throughout the project
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to stay on schedule, communicate progress, and resolve any on-site challenges efficiently
- Represent the company professionally in homeowners’ homes, communicating clearly, setting expectations, and delivering a high-quality customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed and insured electrician with proven experience in residential remodeling work (rough-in, finish, panel work, and troubleshooting)
- Consistent ability to deliver clean, code-compliant work that passes inspection without callbacks or rework
- Reliable and schedule-driven—shows up when expected, meets deadlines, and communicates proactively if anything changes
- Strong communication and professionalism in homeowners’ homes, representing the company with a high level of respect and clarity
- Organized and self-sufficient, able to manage materials, scope, and workflow while coordinating effectively with project managers and other trades
